BPO Business Development Representative - BRASIL

The BPO Business Development Representative (BDR) is a highly auto-motivated individual with an important owned network of buyer contacts within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, and at least two years' experience. This remote-based role requires the BDR to prospect and identify potential clients for BPO services, to generate opportunities and sales.&nbsp;

🔹They will be responsible for the full cycle sales, accomplishing monthly quotas for prospects, leads, and revenue, leveraging their owned network of buyer contacts, chambers, and events. Qualifying leads based on SPIN &amp; BANT guidelines and Solution Selling methodology.🔹Collaborating and teaming effectively across our various departments are paramount to success in this role.

Key responsibilities

Language: native Portuguese, plus&nbsp;English C1. Spanish is valorated. Qualifications and skills:🔹Resident in Brasil, remote work, with full availability to travel within it.🔹Proven track record of success in sales to the BPO industry.🔹Minimum of two years' experience in BPO sales, preferably within the BPO industry.🔹Strong understanding of BPO services, AI solutions and their applications with end customers.🔹Familiarity with SPIN and BANT guidelines and the ability to qualify leads effectively.🔹Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.🔹Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.🔹Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.🔹Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.🔹Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales prospecting software.
